Quinta dos Castelares Reserva is an elegant, complex and intensely aromatic white wine from the Douro wine region. It presents dominant notes of white fruits, with tropical nuances and hints of ripe citrus fruits. It is a fresh and mineral white wine, with some balsamic and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Castelares Reserva is a white wine produced with white grape varieties from Quinta dos Castelares such as Códega do Larinho, Rabigato and Gouveio, planted in the Douro wine region. It is fermented only with natural yeasts in oak barrels. The wine aged for 6 months in oak barrels, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular shaking, prior to being bottled.

Quinta dos Castelares Reserva is a fresh, intensely aromatic and mineral white wine from the Douro wine region. It presents intense and complex aromas of white fruits with floral nuance, hints of tropical fruit and ripe citrus. It highlights balsamic notes along with mineral nuances, balanced by extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
